KTC College — Early Learning Campus & Sam Moss Library

Working closely with the College Board, DSC Management helped bring to life an Early Learning Campus designed to feel less like a childcare centre and more like a second home. The vision was to create a welcoming environment where children could develop a genuine sense of belonging and build meaningful connections with their peers, educators and the wider school community.

Over many years, DSC Management has partnered with KTC College on a wide range of campus improvements, building a relationship founded on trust, collaboration and a shared commitment to creating exceptional learning environments. A particular highlight has been the delivery of the purpose-built Sam Moss School Library — more than simply a place for books and study, the library was envisioned as a welcoming space where curiosity, learning and personal growth could flourish.

Working closely with the College leadership team, DSC Management oversaw the entire construction programme, coordinating consultants, contractors and trades while maintaining careful oversight of budget, programme and quality. A priority throughout was ensuring school children could continue learning in the college during construction. Today, the library stands as a lasting investment in the College community and a reflection of the strong partnership that continues to this day.

Scope: Full construction programme management, consultant and trade coordination, budget and programme control, practical completion and handover.
