Suttie Residence
Set beside the peaceful surrounds of Cooper Park, this carefully considered renovation respected the elegance of the home's 1920s heritage while thoughtfully updating bedrooms and bathrooms for modern family living. Designed in collaboration with Molnar Architects, the renovation focused on creating brighter, more functional and more private spaces that could evolve with the family as the children grew older.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were reimagined to introduce more natural light, generous study and work areas, and a greater sense of independence and comfort. A key priority throughout the project was ensuring the family could continue living in the home during construction. DSC Management worked closely with the owners, architects and contractors to carefully stage the works, minimise disruption and maintain a smooth and respectful building process.
From early cost planning and demolition through to practical completion, DSC Management provided hands-on oversight at every stage. Although this renovation involved only one section of the home, the same meticulous attention to detail and high standard of craftsmanship was applied throughout. With future stages planned as the family's vision continues to evolve, the project reflects an ongoing partnership built on trust, care and thoughtful collaboration.
Scope: Full project management, trade and consultant coordination, cost planning and budget control, construction staging for occupied homes and quality assurance throughout.
