Sackville Residence

Perched above the coastline with sweeping ocean and headland views, the Sackville Residence is a beautifully crafted family home delivered through a close collaboration between the owners, Molnar Freeman Architects, and DSC Management. From the outset, our role was to guide the project from concept to completion, navigating council requirements, coordinating structural and civil works, and ensuring every stage of construction was delivered to the highest standard.

Throughout the build, DSC Management Director Dror Cohen worked directly with contractors, consultants and trades on a one-to-one basis, providing hands-on leadership and maintaining clear communication for the client at every step. The project thoughtfully retained elements of the original home while transforming the property into a contemporary six-bedroom coastal residence designed for modern family living. Natural materials, carefully considered finishes and expansive living spaces create a warm and timeless home that embraces its remarkable seaside setting.

More than simply managing a construction project, our focus was on creating a seamless experience for the client and delivering a home that reflects both their vision and the unique beauty of the Maroubra coastline.
