Dror Cohen

Dror Cohen brings over twenty years of hands-on construction project management experience to every engagement. Having an Australian builders licence, he has worked literally hands-on across a wide range of project types, from luxury Eastern Suburbs residences to boutique commercial fit-outs, including overseas projects in Jerusalem. Dror has developed deep expertise in all phases of delivery: from initial feasibility and cost planning through to contractor procurement, site supervision, council regulations, and practical completion.

Dror's approach is personal and direct. He manages each project himself, ensuring clients receive consistent, expert attention from first meeting to final handover. He has a commitment to transparency, quality, and client satisfaction.
