Campbell Residence

Tucked within one of Hunters Hill's quiet cul-de-sac enclaves, Campbell Residence sits among established leafy surrounds on a generous 1,065m² allotment, offering a rare sense of privacy and calm. In collaboration with Molnar Freeman Architects, DSC Management delivered a comprehensive internal renovation and addition, carefully executing a high-end architectural vision with a refined, contemporary finish.

The home has been thoughtfully reconfigured to strengthen its connection to light, landscape, and spatial flow, while honouring the serenity of its garden setting. A defining feature of the residence is the central open courtyard, conceived as both an architectural and environmental anchor. Informed by Feng Shui principles, it draws light, sky, and greenery deep into the heart of the home, creating a continuous dialogue between interior living spaces and nature.

At the entrance, a sculptural water feature was seamlessly integrated, requiring precise coordination across trades and consultants to achieve its delicate balance of movement, sound, and form. DSC Management oversaw the full scope of works, including cost planning, programming, trade coordination, consultant management, and rigorous quality assurance — ensuring the design intent was delivered with precision and craftsmanship throughout. The result is a quietly luxurious residence that sits comfortably within its landscape: private, composed, and finely detailed, with landscaped gardens, a pool, and a purpose-built aviary completing the estate.

Scope: Full project management including cost planning, programming, trade coordination, consultant management, and quality assurance throughout.
